Inspiration
A blend honoring the Parsi migration.

We created this blend to honor the Parsi migration from Persia in the 10th century, who made their home in India, particularly in Mumbai and Gujarat. In 2020, our Founder collaborated with Meher Parvi, a Canadian Opera Singer and Actress of Parsi heritage, to curate Parsi Dream. Meher enlisted her friends, family, and community to sample several batches of this calming and soothing blend, ensuring it captured the essence of Parsi tradition.

How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

One of my fave teas - and great iced!

I thought this tea sounded a bit strange, but it's actually one of my favorite blends. The lemongrass gives a lovely flavor. This is also perfect iced. I make it as directed, and then pour over ice.
