How to Brew the Perfect Cup of Chai

Makes 2 cups

Quick Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend.
  3. Simmer on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Bring to another boil [Double Boil].
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey or sugar if desired.
  7. Enjoy!

Steeping Method

  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a mug.
  2. Add 2 tsp of Chai blend.
  3. Steep tea for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the steeper or infuser.
  5. Add milk, honey and/or sugar if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
