Return Policy

In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers and our products being consumable food product, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Chai products, even if unopened. This policy is in place to safeguard the health and well-being of our valued customers and employees.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@thechaibox.com. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Discount/Coupon Codes:

The Chai Box discount codes are available through our partner Vendors, special promotions and on our website for free shipping on orders over $100 USD within the United States of America.  We can only accept one discount code per order including the FREESHIP code available on our site.  

On subscriptions, only FREESHIP coupon can be applied (on orders over $100 USD) as we offer 10% off on the first order and 15% off all recurring orders placed in a single order.  No other coupon/discount codes will be available for use with subscriptions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thechaibox.com.
