How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Steeping Method

  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a mug.
  2. Add 2 tsp of Chai blend.
  3. Steep tea for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steeper or infuser.
  5. Add milk, honey and/or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Worth a try for those who think they know chai

If you've not tried fresh chai before, please try The Chai Box. The flavor is so much better, brighter, defined, smooth . . . I don't really have the words. But even people who have told me they don't like chai have liked this. Plus their customer service is excellent.
