Chai Tonic - Inspired by Nani’s (Grandma’s) secret remedy for cold and flu symptoms, this blend reflects her traditional approach to wellness.

Parsi Dream - We created this blend to honor the Parsi migration from Persia in the 10th century, who made their home in India, particularly in Mumbai and Gujarat.

Punjaban Party - This blend is rooted in how our Founder grew up drinking Chai— her mom's recipe. After every big meal (or party), she would brew Chai with ginger and fennel, both known for their digestion-boosting benefits.

How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!
