INGREDIENTS

Infused Milk

  • 1.5 cups of Milk (we used 2% Dairy Milk)
  • 4 Tbsp of Hill Station blend

Waffle Mix

  • 2 cups of your favorite store-bought buttermilk pancake / waffle mix (we used the Publix brand)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil (vegetable or canola oil)
  • 1 tsp crushed Hill Station blend (you can crush it with a mortar and pestle)
  • 2 tsp rose water

Optional

  • Whipped Cream
  • Rose Petals for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS

Infused Milk

On a stovetop, warm up 1.5 cups of milk and 4 tbsp of the Hill Station blend. Let it come to a boil and then simmer for around 4 minutes. Strain and let it cool in the fridge for up about 30 minutes.

Waffle Mix

Combine all the ingredients from the Waffle Mix ingredients above + the cooled infused milk.

Stir or whisk until nice and smooth. The batter should not be thin. Allow the batter to rest for five minutes.

Grease your waffle iron and pour the desired amount of batter and bake until golden brown.

Top with whipped cream and rose petals for a beautiful and delicious treat. Don't forget to pair it with a cup of Hill Station Chai.

Enjoy!
