A blend inspired by Shimla.

Inspired by my childhood trips to Shimla, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. Every summer, like many families in India, we’d escape the heat and retreat to the hill stations for vacation. These elevated towns were a sanctuary, covered in vibrant florals and lush greenery. The cool mountain air and fragrant landscapes left a lasting impression, which I’ve captured in this blend.

With rich tea leaves and sweet notes of cardamom, the Hill Station Blend transports you to those serene landscapes, where the beauty of nature and the tradition of Chai come together in every cup.

How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Best in the World

I have tried teas from hundreds of places and the Rose Cardamom Chai is the best I have ever tasted. The cardamom is balanced by the Rose and vice versa, so the cup is delicious and so flavorful. I highly recommend. Better than Simpson and Vail's Kashmir Rose.
