How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Amazing! I definitely will be back for more…

I bought the Cardamom, some other spices and tea to make my own Chia concentrate.
Everything from The Chia Box was very fresh and aromatic!!! I made my first concentrate ever and WOW what a difference that makes! I still need to do some experimenting to get it perfect for my taste but will never be going back to using tea bags… I will definitely be a return customer!
One request can you post a recipe for making a concentrate??? I know you have the recipes for making a latte and such with pre bought concentrate but would love to see what you suggest for making it from scratch.
