Cinnamon Bark
Cultivated in the spice plantations of Kerala, our cinnamon is not processed, and therefore not rolled as we traditionally see in North America. This ensures the essential oils remain within the bark, and give the spice longer life. This product is not ready to eat. We recommend boiling to 165F or higher before consuming.

What is chai?
Chai is not a flavor, it's a drink rooted in tradition. Chai, meaning tea in Hindi, is often composed of black tea, spices, milk and sweetener and commonly enjoyed warm. At The Chai Box, our spices are key to our Chai blends, and we promise, you will be able to tell the difference immediately. From the moment you open our blends, you will be greeted by the robust aroma and the beautiful colors of our spices.
