How to Make Chai

Stovetop Method

  1. Bring 1 cup water + 1 cup of milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add 4 tsp of Chai blend. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Bring to another boil.
  3. Strain into a cup. Add honey or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Steeping Method

  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a mug.
  2. Add 2 tsp of Chai blend.
  3. Steep tea for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steeper or infuser.
  5. Add milk, honey and/or sugar if desired. Enjoy!

Amazing Tea!

I have an autoimmune disease, I have sinus issues and allergies. Also, I am an elementary school teacher, so I am constantly exposed to germs. I started drinking this tea several months ago, and I have noticed a dramatic decrease in illness, and my sinuses are no longer inflamed. I drink one cup every day as a preventative, and I rarely get sick now. I realize this is just anecdotal evidence, but I’m convinced that it’s helping me. Also, I really like the taste and look forward to my morning tea ritual. Please, please, please make this tea in a decaf black tea or rooibos version, so I can enjoy more than one cup a day!
