Directions for 2 Cups of Chai - Stovetop Method
4 tsp of Blend
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
Optional - Honey or Sugar
Quick Stovetop Method: In a small saucepan add water and milk and bring to a boil. Once boiling add 4 tsp of blend and simmer on medium for 3-4 minutes. Bring to another boil (i.e., a double boil). Strain into a cup and add sugar if desired.
Traditional Stovetop Method: In a small saucepan add water and bring to a boil. Add 4 tsp of blend and stir well. Continue to boil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add milk. Bring to another boil and turn off the stove. Strain into a cup. Add sugar if desired.
Directions for 1 Cup of Chai - Steeping Method
Steeping Method: Steep 1-2 tsp of blend in steeper and place in 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the infuser. Add milk, honey, or sugar if desired. Enjoy!
